Stream to 3D — Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

Billing, subscription management, cancellation and refunds are normally handled by the store where you purchased Stream to 3D. Store rules and your statutory rights continue to apply.

Before you buy

Review the edition, current regional price, billing interval, trial terms and applicable VAT or tax treatment shown at checkout. Store screenshots on this website are illustrative and may show historical prices.

Where immediate access to downloadable software affects a statutory change-of-mind cancellation right, the checkout should ask for any express consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law before supply begins.

Evaluation and file conversion

The Stream to 3D Real-Time edition offers a one-week free trial through Gumroad. It is intended as the evaluation route for real-time playback and does not include file conversion. Cancel through Gumroad before the trial becomes a paid subscription and there is nothing to pay.

Standalone and Complete include file conversion and are intended for ongoing licensed use. They are not offered as 30-day conversion trials. Except where required by law or the store's rules, a discretionary refund may be declined after substantial use, including using Stream to 3D to create converted output, or where refund abuse is reasonably suspected.

Where you purchased

Steam

Steam purchases and refunds are handled by Valve through Steam Support. Steam's published standard policy for software applications generally covers requests made within 14 days of purchase with less than two hours of use, but Valve applies its own current policy and may review requests outside those limits.

Gumroad

Manage Gumroad purchases and subscriptions through your Gumroad receipt email or library. A cancellation stops future subscription renewal; it does not by itself refund a paid period. Submit any refund request through the Gumroad purchase route where required.

Itch.io

Manage an Itch.io purchase through your Itch.io account, library or receipt email. Submit any refund request using the store's applicable process.

Statutory rights and product problems

Nothing in the Stream to 3D terms removes statutory remedies for digital content that is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

If Stream to 3D is not working as expected, contact Stream to 3D Support with your store, edition, version and a description of the problem. We will try to diagnose genuine compatibility or product problems and can review an appropriate discretionary resolution where the store and law do not already determine the outcome.

Effect of a refund

If a refund is granted, the corresponding Stream to 3D licence, subscription and feature access end. You must stop using and remove the refunded software. You do not have to delete output that you created from content you were entitled to use before the refund.

Information for support

Include the store, approximate purchase date, receipt or order reference, and any visible error code. Do not post licence keys publicly.
