Choose the problem type
- Streaming first checks - player, network and receiving-device setup.
- Performance primer - frame rate, resolution, PC load and tuning for less powerful hardware.

Before contacting support
Follow Logs and Diagnostics and include:
- the store and edition you use;
- your Stream to 3D and Windows versions;
- your viewing setup and Play, Stream, Convert or Live Sources workflow;
- what you expected and what happened instead;
- any LVE error code, screenshot and relevant log file.

Support has been part of the product since launch
Documentation and direct support have accompanied Stream to 3D since its original release. Later releases expanded this with the Configuration Wizard, context-sensitive help, guided workflows, clearer error guidance and more detailed troubleshooting.
