Stream to 3D — Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

This page summarizes the most common billing/cancellation questions and where to manage them. The exact steps depend on the store you purchased from.

Where did you buy Stream to 3D?

Steam

  • Purchases, refunds, and any subscription management are handled through Steam.
  • If you believe your Steam entitlements aren’t reflected in Stream to 3D, use any in-app Refresh action (if shown), and ensure Steam is running and up to date.

Gumroad

  • Gumroad purchases are managed via your Gumroad receipt email and/or your Gumroad library.
  • If you have a subscription, your receipt email typically includes a link to manage/cancel it.
  • If you can’t find the email, search your inbox for “Gumroad” and the product name, or sign in to Gumroad to view purchases.

Itch.io (Itch)

  • Itch purchases are managed via your Itch account and the purchase receipt email.
  • If you can’t locate your purchase details, sign in to Itch and check your purchase history/library.

If you’re unsure where you bought Stream to 3D, start with Support and include any receipt/order information you have.

Common issues

“I want to cancel”

  • Cancellation is performed via the store you purchased from (Steam/Gumroad/Itch/etc).
  • If you can’t find your management link, contact support with your purchase details and we can help you locate the correct store workflow.

“I want a refund”

  • Refund policies are store-specific.
  • If Stream to 3D shows an error code related to refund/subscription status (e.g. LVE004–LVE007), see Error Codes (LVE0xx).
